Launched in 2002 after extensive research, the Twisted Exhaust Kit is engineered to perfection for your Defender. Crafted from high-grade 304 stainless steel with a 1.5mm wall, each pipe is fitted with flange fixtures for a superior, lasting fit. Hand TIG-welded joints deliver a sleek, high-quality finish, with the final joint linked to a 3” polished tailpipe. The rolled end of the tailpipe adds a touch of class, perfectly completing the system.

Every bend in the system is precisely mandrel-bent, ensuring a consistent diameter throughout for optimal airflow and performance. The result? A smooth, even pipe designed to enhance both flow and power.

Choose between a single or double silencer, depending on your sound preference. Both versions feature the first silencer positioned at the front, where the gases expand earlier, giving a richer, more refined exhaust note. And for off-roaders, our signature conical silencers are built to deflect knocks and reduce the risk of damage—perfect for rugged terrain.
