Built to last and designed for maximum impact, the Twisted 2.4 TDCI Exhaust System is crafted from 2.5” diameter grade 304 stainless steel with 1.5mm wall tubing for superior strength and durability. Every detail is meticulously TIG-welded, from clamps to hangars, ensuring a flawless fit that’s made to perform. With mandrel bends throughout, the system maintains an optimized flow, finished off with a 3” polished rolled-end tailpipe that’s subtle, but unmistakably Twisted.

Choose between single or dual silencers, each with conical end caps designed for the off-road enthusiast. The smart conical shape deflects knocks, reducing the risk of damage when you’re pushing your Defender to the limit.

Opt for the single silencer on the 2.4 TDCI for that signature Twisted sound—a rich burble pre-turbo with an aggressive rasp as you power through the range. Need something a little more subdued? The dual silencer option tones down the edge, perfect for family trips in the 110 or heavy towing without compromising performance.
