Having dismantled this Land Rover Defender 110 into its component parts and meticulously inspected every item, Mark began by extensively restoring the chassis before applying protection to make it last for many years to come. Whilst the vehicle was stripped, the body has been painted panel-by-panel in the original Coniston Green before being painstakingly reassembled with particular detail given to panel alignment. It’s then been sealed against water ingress, soundproofed and sound deadened before being lined with our premium carpet.

Externally following its body build our Chawton White Rostyle alloy wheels compliment the roof and classic styling whilst giving an improved stance and turning circle. Subtle but extensive upgrades also include LED lighting, our own front bumper designed to incorporate Lazer LED daytime running lights and high beam activated driving lamps. Our Twisted Stage one front end, inspired by the 1970’s Land Rover V8 replaces and cheap plastics with mesh and metal components giving a clean and classic aesthetic, Other plastic items including door handles and fuel cap have also been replaced with billet aluminium items ensuring they’ll stand the test of time.

From a performance element, the engine, gearbox and transfer box have been disassembled, thoroughly inspected, and completely rebuilt along with the driveline upgraded throughout. This now features heavy duty C.V. joints, driveshafts, half shafts alongside a pegged front and limited slip rear differential. Our Twisted intercooler, stainless steel exhaust, hybrid turbocharger and engine ECU reprogramming take this T110 from its original 122hp to almost double that. Stopping power has not been forgotten, and our 6 piston front and 4 piston rear brakes have been installed giving braking power never before seen on a Defender. The original 5 cylinder TD5 engine provides the most wonderful and unmistakable soundtrack rivalling, if not bettering, that of its TV8 stablemates.

Maintaining Mark’s vision and our Revival brief, our trim shop have utilised the original restored seat frames with new seat foams throughout, trimmed in Cappuccino leather. The dash binnacle surrounds and support bar are painted in Coniston green tying the inside to the outside whilst the original headlining and sun visors were retrimmed with Alcantara. The final modern touch inside is a full infotainment upgrade including our signature 8 channel audio system paired with a classically styled head unit which includes satellite navigation and Bluetooth connectivity.

Unlike any eurobox used as a mobile office, this T110 will re-ignite a love for driving, engage you like no other and become the 9-seater that you and all your passengers enjoy from the first glance, to the minute you hang the keys back up. The only question is, when’s the next adventure.
