TWISTED T90 TV8 STATION WAGON AUTOMATIC – CORRIS GREY

Adventurous. Functional. Iconic. This Corris Grey T90, made to go wherever you want it to. Built from a last year of production Defender 90, this is now a very different animal providing incredible performance, refined handling and an interior that was trimmed to compliment the original owners McLaren. With its undersated Corris grey paintwork, the hint of performance comes only from the huge Volcano yellow brake callipers and the different exhaust note when it is fired up.

Naturally one of the biggest additions to this T90 is our TV8 conversion, a GM LT1 6.2 litre V8 engine paired with a silky smooth 8 speed automatic transmission. It provides around 480 horsepower and seemingly endless torque. It is incredibly refined around the town with nothing more than a quiet burble of the V8, but let loose on the open road, the noise and power is something to be relished. It will certainly have you smiling every second you are behind the wheel. To help with putting the power down, the complete driveline has been overhauled, upgraded and strengthened with the chassis braced. This paired with our own progressive suspension and 18” Classic wheel & tyre package mean that on and off road manners are incredibley refined.

The interior has been completely reworked including full soundproofing and sealing. The original front seats have been replaced with our heated Twisted Recaros, all custom trimmed in leather and alcantara. Tying the outside to the inside are the Volcano yellow seatbelts and contrast stitch detailing to match the brakes. Ensuring the perfect soundtrack for your adventures is the double DIN conversion and upgraded audio system, featuring Apple CarPlay, satellite navigation and DAB radio along with a useful reversing camera.

The exterior has been enhanced with our usual attention and benefits from LED lighting all round, our stage one front end conversion and tubular step bumper and wheel carrier. The nod to the anti-ordinary is the unleaded fuel plaque that sits beneath the billet aluminium filler cap. Subtle additions like our wing levelling and panel alignment will never be noticed to the untrained eye, but you will know they’ve been done and all add in making this just look so right.
